Questions

What about hyphenated words split across lines?

They’re joined with a space, so check for words like “inter- national” and fix them with Find and Replace.

Are spaces at line ends trimmed?

Yes, so you won’t get double spaces.

Is there a size limit?

No fixed limit. Very long documents work fine in modern browsers.
